In this era, we are too sedentary, glued to our desks, sofas, and cars...

My job is to get you to a point where fitness becomes a natural and integral part of daily life, making it as natural as brushing your teeth.  If exercise were a medicine, it would be the most prescribed in the world.

My ultimate goal is to transform lives by making fitness accessible, enjoyable, and sustainable for everyone, regardless of their starting point.

My passion for sports, training, and travel has led me to develop technical and empathetic skills tailored for those who are always on the move. Long flights, jet lag, hectic schedules, and the mental challenge of finding time and maintaining a routine make it hard to have a fixed appointment with a personal trainer.

This is where online coaching becomes a valuable resource for cabin crew and business people constantly flying.

Wherever you are, I’ll be your guide on your fitness journey. I’ll create a personalized training program just for you, supporting you every step of the way with video calls and technique reviews

WHY

Muscles are the currency of longevity,  without regular training, they gradually fade away, leading to loss of strength and proper movement. Suddenly, a flight of stairs leaves us breathless, or a bit of gardening gives us back pain.

Exercising and learning new movements create fresh neural connections (just like when we learn a new language), training not only our muscles but also our mind and nervous system. The difference between someone who trains and someone who doesn’t is noticeable at every stage of life  trust me.

Personal Training is usually delivered at a private gym in central Milan, however, travel requests are considered on a case-by-case basis
