My vision

In this era, we are too sedentary, glued to our desks, sofas, and cars...

My job is to get you to a point where fitness becomes a natural and integral part of daily life, making it as natural as brushing your teeth.  If exercise were a medicine, it would be the most prescribed in the world.

My ultimate goal is to transform lives by making fitness accessible, enjoyable, and sustainable for everyone, regardless of their starting point.

why TRAIN?

Muscles are the currency of longevity; without training, they deteriorate over time (sarcopenia), leading to a loss of strength and impaired movement. This decline affects not just our physical abilities but also our brain health. Engaging in exercise and learning new movements fosters the creation of new neural connections, benefiting both our muscles and our minds. By training consistently, we support our nervous system, enhancing our overall functionality. The contrast between a trained and untrained individual becomes increasingly apparent with each passing decade, underscoring the importance of lifelong fitness for a healthier, more vibrant life.


To provide the best possible service, I am committed to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest fitness and health knowledge. As a trainer, ongoing education is not just an option; it's a responsibility.

Personal Training is usually delivered at a private gym in central Milan, however, travel requests are considered on a case-by-case basis
